About
Eight years of cooking, shot by hand.
I've been cooking for as long as I can remember, inspired by a family passionate about food, travel, and culture. During COVID, I suddenly had the time to learn, practice, and really develop my cooking, experimenting and creating for family, friends, gifts, and even pets. I started posting what I made in 2018 without giving it much thought.
Eight years later, it's become something I can't imagine stopping. I love perfecting recipes I've made dozens of times, creating new ones, tracking down old family recipes, and exploring my Cypriot and Swiss identity through food.
This site is where I keep it all. A collection of recipes, stories, and photographs from the dishes that have shaped me, and the ones I'm still discovering.

How I think about cooking
Every recipe gets a photo.
Every dish is photographed before it's eaten. It makes me appreciate what I've created. Looking back through old photos is like flipping through a scrapbook.
Home cooking.
No professional equipment. No studio lighting. One oven, whatever natural light comes through the window, and plenty of trial and error.
Constant exploration.
Nduja one week, miso the next, then back to a classic French tart. I don't stick to one cuisine because my favourite part of cooking is always discovering something new.
